Xerox Equipment Total Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the equipment, you may request a replacement with an identical model or, in the event that an identical model replacement is not available, a model with comparable features and capabilities will be provided.The term of the Xerox total Satisfaction Guarantee is three (3) years from installation date or the entire term of your Xerox financed lease. This Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies only if the equipment has been continuously maintained by Xerox under full service maintenance from the date of installation. This Total Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to equipment damaged or destroyed due to reasons beyond control or responsibility or damaged or destroyed by the customer, its employees or agents. For Xerox equipment that uses Xerox consumable products which affect the performance of equipment the Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies only if xerox approved consumable products are used. Xerox reserves the right to void the Total Satisfaction Guarantee if the customer is in arrears with respect to any payments owing under their agreement.
