• Have valid drivers license; this position requires the ability to travel within their territory 100% of the time
• Traveling outside of territory and/or district may be required

• Resolves customer requests and questions
• Analyze situations to determine best use of resources
• Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
• Solicits sales of new or additional services.
• Provide delivery information, processing of orders
• Setup up new accounts, maintain records, prepare reports and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties

• Comprehensive knowledge of Internet-based computer applications
• Develop, carry out marketing/sales opportunities available through the Internet
• College Degree, Masters Degree preferred
• Knowledge of JAVA, HTML, XML, C++, PHP, Coldfusion
• Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
